Non-NHS Services

Occasionally there is a charge for certain services carried out by the surgery which are not covered by the NHS. These include HGV medicals, driving applications and holiday cancellation forms.

You will be informed of any costs prior to completion of any forms.  Please ask the reception staff for further details (NB we are unable to accept debit/credit cards for payment).

Our Doctors can provide a range of letters or reports including HGV Medicals, DVLA Reports, Power of Attorney’s, letters of simple fact or more complex letters. The charge of the letters and reports vary so please contact the surgery to find out the cost.

Letters for Jury Exemption are free of charge.

We cannot provide letters to support housing applications. We are also unable to do medical reports for any sporting related activities or exhibitions.
