Please note that we operate a restricted service between the hours of:
08:00 – 08:30 Monday to Friday
13:00 – 14:00 Monday to Thursday
12:00 – 14:00 Friday
17:00 – 18:00 Monday to Friday
During these times the main surgery phoneline does not take calls. If the matter is urgent please call our emergency line 01463 725930.
The practice closes at 6pm. Between 6pm and 8am Monday to Thursday and after 6pm Friday until 8am Monday morning please phone 111 (NHS24, Freephone).
The staff at NHS24 will ask you for information about your health and condition and will advise on the most appropriate course of action. This may include offering advice only or advising you to attend a pharmacy. If they feel you need to be seen they will pass your case to Highland Hub who will be in touch to arrange for you to attend the Urgent Care Centre in Inverness or in some cases provide a home visit.
In an emergency please phone 999 and speak to the ambulance service.

Please do not ask to see a doctor out of hours unless you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.
Southside Road Surgery is closed at weekends.
Call 999 in an emergency. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.

We make every effort to give the best service possible to everyone who attends our practice. However, we are aware that things can go wrong resulting in a patient feeling that they have a genuine cause for complaint.
