Register with this Practice

Please note: As of the 20th May 2026 our list is closed to both new registrations and temporary residents for 6 months.  The only exception is where the applying patient has a CLOSE family relative already registered with us. You can call reception if you need any advice on this.

Before filling out a registration form, check you are in our catchment area, please see the images below.

To register

When you register with the practice you will be asked to fill out a registration form or hand in your completed NHS Medical Card.

You will be asked to make a new patient appointment with a practice nurse, and to fill in a health and lifestyle questionnaire.

You will not be registered with any one particular doctor but you can request to see a particular doctor if you so wish, although this may mean a longer wait for an appointment or advice.

Please download and print the below forms and return completed to the practice to finalise your registration:

• GPR; application to register
• Ethnicity survey
• New patient questionnaire

If you require repeat medications whilst a temporary patient we will have to contact your home practice – please ensure you have their contact details to hand

Practice Boundary

On advice from NHS Highland Primary Care Management, we have made a new practice policy that if patients move or are living out with our practice boundary they will need to register with a different medical practice. If patients don’t do this, they will be removed from our practice list in 28 days.
