If you have concerning health symptoms PLEASE contact us for assessment. We can provide telephone, face to face and video call appointments and home visits at the discretion of the GP where necessary.
NOTE: If you contact us about an urgent issue and think you need to speak to a GP on the day, please contact us before 12 o’clock!
For all requested samples, letters and prescription requests please use the letter boxes beside the entrance door.
Please do NOT send us images and/or emails for clinical advice unless you have been asked to do so by the GP. Any incoming images that have not been requested may not be reviewed. Please contact the surgery by phone to request to leave a message for the GP or book an appointment. If you are registered for online booking you can also book your appointment online.
