Hello and welcome to the website of Creich Surgery. It is full of useful information in an easy to use format. Services
Our team of healthcare professionals and back-up staff offer a number of clinics and services to promote good health and wellbeing whatever your medical condition.
Existing patients can enjoy access to our wide range of services at the touch of a button. Whether ordering a repeat prescription or notifying us of a change of address you can now do both without leaving your home.
Access & Parking
There is a large car park at the rear of the building – turn left past the surgery. We ask you to use this car park whenever possible, as we only have four spaces at the front, which need to be available for less mobile or disabled people.
In order to adequately manage the whole days workload we are introducing the following appointment system:
Patient’s can phone between 8am and 3pm to request a phone triage appointment the same day.
After 3pm will be for urgent medical issues only.
Requests after 3pm for non-urgent matters will be added to the following day for a phone appointment.

Dr Chris and Dr Janet Mair retired on the 31st October after nearly 35 years of service to our community.
Our systems will still run as they currently do with no major changes other than a few new faces to get to know and hopefully some of them may stay with us for some time.
WE ARE ABLE TO OFFER VIDEO CONSULTATION KNOWN AS NHS NEAR ME. THIS ALLOWS FACE TO FACE CONSULTATION WITH A GP OR NURSE WITHOUT HAVING TO VISIT THE PRACTICE. THIS WILL BE ARRANGED BY THE GP OR NURSE IF THEY FEEL IT WOULD BE OF BENEFIT AFTER A TELEPHONE CONSULTATION HAS TAKEN PLACE. IN ORDER TO USE THIS YOU WILL NEED:
THERE IS NO APP TO DOWNLOAD OR LOG IN FOR PATIENTS. IT IS A WEB-BASED PLATFORM.
