6pm.\u00a0 Between 6pm and 8am Monday to Thursday and from 6pm Friday to 8am Monday morning please phone 111 (NHS24 Freephone).\u00a0 The staff at NHS24 will ask you for information about your health and condition and will advise on the most appropriate course of action.\u00a0 This may include offering advice over the phone or advising you to attend a pharmacy.\u00a0 If they feel you need to be seen they will pass your case to Highland Hub who will be in touch to arrange for you to attend the Urgent Care Centre or in some cases provide a home visit.<\/p>\n<p>In an emergency please phone 999 and speak to the ambulance service.<\/p>\n<h2>Access and Parking<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Parking<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Parking is available in the main health centre car park in front of the building.<\/p>\n<p>Do not park in the &#8220;Doctors only&#8221; parking or parking areas across the road at the care home<\/p>\n<p><strong>Disabled Access<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>There is a lift for disabled access. There are five disabled parking spaces available and also disabled toilet facilities within the building on both floors. There is also an induction loop at reception.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Hearing Difficulties<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If you are experiencing hearing difficulties when being called in to see the doctor or nurse, please do let us know in order for us to set up an alert on your medical records and personally collect you from the waiting room. Alternatively, we do have the facility of a portable induction loop. If you would like to use this, please ask at reception for assistance.<\/p>\n<h2>Feedback<\/h2>\n<p>We are continually looking to turn our patients\u2019 feedback into real improvements in the services we provide. We use it to focus on the things that matter most to our patients, carers and their families.
