Please note:<\/strong> As of the 20th May 2026 our list is closed to both new registrations and temporary residents for 6 months.\u00a0 The only exception is where the applying patient has a CLOSE family relative already registered with us. You can call reception if you need any advice on this.<\/span><\/h4>\n

Catchment area<\/h3>\n

Before filling out a registration form, check you are in our catchment area, please see the images below.<\/p>\n

To register<\/strong><\/p>\n

When you register with the practice you will be asked to fill out a registration form or hand in your completed NHS Medical Card.<\/p>\n

You will be asked to make a new patient appointment with a practice nurse, and to fill in a health and lifestyle questionnaire.<\/p>\n

You will not be registered with any one particular doctor but you can request to see a particular doctor if you so wish, although this may mean a longer wait for an appointment or advice.<\/p>\n
