Located in the charming coastal town of\u00a0<strong>Tain<\/strong>, ideally located in the edge of the iconic\u00a0<strong>North Coast 500 route<\/strong>, our practice delivers high-quality, patient-centred care to a diverse and appreciative population.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/easterrosspeninsula.com\/\">https:\/\/easterrosspeninsula.com\/<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Our Practice<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Team:<\/strong>\u00a0Stable and experienced partnership of 4 partners (2 GPs, 1 ANP and 1 Practice Manager), supported by our excellent team of 1 salaried GP, 1 ANP, 2 Practice Nurses, and 1 Healthcare Assistant and administration staff.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Environment:<\/strong>\u00a0Modern, purpose-built health centre with spacious consultation rooms and a full complement of NHS Highland community healthcare professionals based on site. Practice list size 3,300.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Community Hospitals:<\/strong>\u00a0We provide remote support to two local community hospital and take part in weekly ward rounds working closely with a highly experienced local geriatrician.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Just 35 miles from Inverness, with an easy and scenic commute.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Technology:<\/strong>\u00a0Vision clinical system and Docman document management. Lexacom dictation system<\/li>\n<li><strong>Culture:<\/strong>\u00a0A very friendly, sociable, and inclusive team with a strong emphasis on mutual support and work\u2013life balance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>6-8 sessions a week<\/li>\n<li>Preferred working days considered, with flexible start and finish times to support work-life balance<\/li>\n<li>15 minutes appointments with protective breaks and allocated admin time<\/li>\n<li>Very low home visit rate and Docman workload<\/li>\n<li>Duty Doctor largely covered by our highly experienced ANP team<\/li>\n<li>Opportunity to contribute to care in our two local community hospitals<\/li>\n<li>No Out of Hours commitments<\/li>\n<li>This position is eligible for Golden Hello Payment and\/or relocation expenses (subject to NHS terms and conditions)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Why Join us?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The practice is situated in a beautiful setting with stunning views across the Easter Ross peninsula.
