{"id":23,"date":"2016-10-05T15:25:05","date_gmt":"2016-10-05T14:25:05","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.surgeryweb.org.uk\/newdemo\/?page_id=23"},"modified":"2026-08-21T16:26:06","modified_gmt":"2026-08-21T15:26:06","slug":"new-patients","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/surgeryweb-scot.org.uk\/n31916\/new-patients\/","title":{"rendered":"Register with this Practice"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Before filling out a registration form, check you are in our catchment area.<\/p>\n<p>Patients are registered with the Practice, not with an individual GP.\u00a0 You can at any time express a preference for a particular doctor, for either or all of your medical needs or on a case by case basis.\u00a0 However, not all of the doctors based within the Practice provide all services, furthermore if requesting specific doctors, they\u00a0 may not be immediately available.<\/p>\n<h2>To Register<\/h2>\n<p>You may wish to\u00a0<strong>print off and complete<\/strong>\u00a0your registration form or complete the editable PDF document. This can be emailed to\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:gram.haddoclinical@nhs.scot\">gram.haddoclinical@nhs.scot<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>When you register you will also be asked to fill out a medical questionnaire. This is because it can take a considerable time for us to receive your medical records.
