However, there are a number of local services, listed below, that you are able to make self referrals to.<\/p>\n<h3>Aberdeenshire Primary Care Psychological Therapies Service<\/h3>\n<p>The Aberdeenshire Primary Care Psychological Therapies Service provides locally based work with individuals to help treat and manage common mental health problems such as: \u2022 Anxiety \u2022 Panic disorder \u2022 Social anxiety \u2022 Health anxiety \u2022 OCD \u2022 Phobias \u2022 PTSD \u2022 Depression \u2022 Mental health difficulties arising from long term health conditions You can now self-refer without seeing a GP first.
