Order your Repeat Prescription Online

Patients on long term medication can use our 24 hour voice mail service to order repeat prescriptions. Call 0141 531 6431 for instructions and to leave your message. Patients over 60 years of age can also telephone 0141 531 6382 between 11:00 and 12:30.

Orders can also be placed by hand or posted to the surgery using the counterfoil attached to the last prescription.

Alternatively you can order online via the link at the top of this page. First-time users are required to complete a simple registration.

Prescriptions can be collected, delivered to the chemist of you choice or posted back if you provide a stamped addressed envelope.

Please allow 48 hours, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays, for your request to be processed. Any problems please telephone the surgery.

URGENT – WASTED PRESCRIPTIONS

If you no longer taking medication that is still on your repeat slip or is being ordered unnecessarily on your behalf, please contact us so we can remove it from your repeat medication list.

Medication Reviews

Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip. Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
