{"id":23,"date":"2016-10-05T15:25:05","date_gmt":"2016-10-05T14:25:05","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.surgeryweb.org.uk\/newdemo\/?page_id=23"},"modified":"2026-09-30T15:12:35","modified_gmt":"2026-09-30T14:12:35","slug":"new-patients","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/surgeryweb-scot.org.uk\/32001\/new-patients\/","title":{"rendered":"Register with this Practice"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Reception staff will explain the process of how to register with the practice and will ask you to complete a set of Registration Forms.<\/p>\n<p>These forms can be collected from surgery or you can register online by using link below.<\/p>\n<p>You can\u00a0 register online &#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/surgeryweb-scot.org.uk\/32001\/register-online\/\">Click here to complete our online registration form<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Any new patient who is on repeat medication should highlight this to the reception staff and they will be contacted by the Practice Pharmacist for a medication review. \u00a0It would be helpful if you have your list of current medication readily to hand for this call.<\/p>\n<p>All patients are now registered with the Practice, not an individual GP.<\/p>\n<h2>Geographical Boundary<\/h2>\n<p>Each medical practice has a geographical boundary. Patients living within the boundary are entitled to register with the Insch Medical Practice.
